Coupon codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Isola Clothing is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
While you can choose your local currency with the currency selector at the top of Isola Clothing website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. We recommend contacting your bank to find out their current currency exchange rate and their currency policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.
To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account. Your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order by clicking on the related order number.
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

Due to restrictions from our shipping partners, Isola Clothing does not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Montenegro,North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.
Order processing time is about 3-6 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centers in Asia Pacific. (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China).
Isola Clothing are not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Isola Clothing reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

With the subject: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR
Isola Clothing is not responsible and has no control on custom inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may unfortunately delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.
Remark: The tracking information will become available 3-6 business days after parcel dispatch
Isola Clothing are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reach you after 60 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.
Important
If you did not pick up your package within 14 days and the package got returned, we will not refund your order.
Usually the post office will send a pick up notice to your address for large package which they can't delivery or if you missed the delivery. After 14 waiting days, if your package is returned by post office, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom.
If we did receive your return package, we will send you an email including a link for you to pay for the re-shipping fee and arrange to ship out the parcel again as soon as possible.

- Any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, jewelry, health and personal care items cannot be exchanged or returned.
